I HAVE NEVER BOXED IN MY LIFE, IS THAT OKAY?
TKO’s classes have been curated for people of all levels of fitness. No matter the amount of boxing experience you feel you have, we’ve got you. Starting from scratch? Come by 20 minutes prior to your first class and join our boxing orientation. After learning the fundamentals, you will be geared to go!
WHAT IS A SIGNATURE TKO BOXING CLASS LIKE?
60 minutes of pure empowerment. Our classes are a fiery fusion of boxing and functional fitness. Each one daring you to activate your body, mind and soul. Our trainers will push you to your limits and have you sweating for more.
WHAT IF I CAN'T DO EVERYTHING IN CLASS? I HAVEN'T WORKED OUT IN A WHILE.
Trust us, at TKO, everyone is a top dog. Champions aren’t made overnight, so if you find an exercise which needs time to conquer, don’t throw in your towel just yet. Our trainers will be there with an array of alternative moves, take your pick and power on!
